TPC Winners Heading into the Last Weekend

Brett Apter won the $2,200 NLH warmup

We had 12 tournaments on the Tampa Poker Classic schedule before we rolled out the Championship. The tournaments had combined guarantees worth $480,000 and we awarded $1,288,940 in prize money before the first card was dealt in the headliner.

George Allen won the Event 2 title after outlasting a monster field while Jacob Naumann and Ryan Hogan cashed in that tournament and won the next they entered. MT Tawfik won the $600 tournament, Stuart Taylor conquered the $1,100 One-Day Challenge, and Brett Apter beat a tough final table in the $2,200.
