Jacob Naumann

Event 3 played was a one-day tournament that featured both Omaha 8 and Stud 8 mixed throughout the tournament and local Jacob Naumann took the title for his second Tampa trophy win.

The $400 buy-in tournament drew a great crowd of 71 entries, one of the biggest fields we’ve had for this event, and they created a prize pool worth $23,785. The last eight players at the final table and Christopher Kennedy was looking for his third Tampa Omaha title.

Kennedy fell short in fifth place and the four remaining players decided to split the rest of the prize money right down the middle. With Naumann holding the chip lead, he took home the Tampa Poker Classic along with $4,754.
