Event 1: Last Level Underway

$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)

Level 14:   Blinds 1,200/2,400/400 ante

This will be the last level of the night and there will be lots of all-ins during this level as players try to improve their stacks before bagging.

Three players on table two were all-in pre-flop:

John Pappas (cutoff):  4h4c
Seat 2 (button):  Ac6d
Seat 3 (sb):  AdQd

Board: Jd5c2sTc2c

The shared board missed everyone and John’s baby pair was good for the scoop.  Seat 2 was felted.  John chipped up to over 100k.

Event 1: Bozzuto Busts Three with Fours

$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)

Level 13:   Blinds 1,200/2,400/300 ante

Players are back from their break, but just before level 12 ended, a huge hand played out on table 1.

Peter Walsworth and the player in seat 10 were all-in pre-flop with three other players and a small side pot.

On the flop of Ts5h4s it was checked to Jim Bozzuto in the cutoff, who bet 20k.  The player in seat 1 tanked for a couple of minutes, then shoved for another ~35k on top.  The remaining player folded and Jim called, so all hands were tabled:

Seat 1: 7h6h
Peter: AcQc
Jim: 4h4d
Seat 9:  KsKd

Jim was way ahead with his set of 4s.  Seat 1 was drawing to an open-ender and seat 9 needed a King.

The last two cards came Js6d and changed nothing.   Jim’s set was good to scoop it all, busting three players in the process.

Event 1: Hernandez Busts Two

$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)

End of Level 12:   Blinds 1k/2k/300 ante

Cody Hernandez
Cody Hernandez

After making that good laydown earlier, Cody Hernandez is now moving his stack in the right direction.

The player in seat 7 was all-in for his last 6k and Richard Hope had shoved over the top.  Cody gave it some thought, then called, having both players covered.

Seat 7: 6s5s
Richard: AdTd
Cody: 9h9c

Cody’s pair had him in the lead, but then he flop fell Jh6c3h seat 7 picked up a pair and more outs.  The turn was the 4c giving seat 7 event more outs with a straight draw, but the Jd on the river was not one of them.

Cody’s pair held up to bust both Richard and the other player before the last break of the day, which is now underway.

Event 1: Huynh Hits on the River

$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)

Level 12:   Blinds 1k/2k/300 ante

Three players got involved in a pot and everyone got a piece of the TcTh5h flop.

Charlie Huynh (standing)
Charlie Huynh (standing)

Charlie Huynh jammed, the player in seat 5 shoved for less, sending Cody Hernandez into the tank.

Cody eventually decided to fold, showing Tx9x for trips.  The other two players tabled their hands and it was a good laydown.

Seat 4 was ahead with AxTx for trips with Ace kicker.  Charlie had Jh9h for the flush draw.

The turn delivered for Charlie when the 6h came, giving him the flush.  His opponent needed help but the 2c was as brick as they come.  Seat 5 busted and Charlie chipped up to about 150k.
