Rosenberg needed to catch to double and paired his six on the 8h6c3s flop. His joy was short-lived because the Ts turn put Kempton back in the lead. The river 8c finished it up and Rosenberg was eliminated in 12th place.

It only seems appropriate that we would close out our first WSOP Circuit series with another blasting of a guarantee. The $250 Double Stack Event 14 drew 455 entries to push the $50,000 up to $91,000 and we couldn’t be happier.

The last 69 players will make the money with $365 for a min-cash and $17,990 plus the ring for the champion.

Paul Balzano opened to 150,000 from middle position and Rob Manjura called. Michael Cohen shipped for ~1,700,000 from the button and Balzano moved all in over the top. Manjura thought for a few minutes before he folded QdQc face up.

It was a tough spot for Balzano. And for Cohen and he never had a sweat as the dealer ran it out Ks7s2h4d5s.
