Steve Korfonta opened for a min raise from early position and was called by David Deboer from the button and Dean Dowda from the big blind. The flop came Jc9c2s and Dowda checked. Korfonta asked the other two how much they had and once he saw he announced that he was all in. Deboer got out of the way but Dowda made the call with the AcTc for the nut flush draw. Korfonta held KsJh. The turn was the 8h giving Dowda an open ended straight draw to go with his flush draw. The river did not hit any of the draws though as it was the 3h. Dowda finishes in 10th place and Korfonta is the new chip leader with just shy of 1.2 million in chips.
