Tampa ambassador Wally Maddah wasn’t able to get any of his aforementioned work done here on Day 2 of Event 4. Holding less than 10,000 chips, he got all in from the small blind and needed to beat a lone opponent in middle position. Maddah held 
and needed to outdraw 
. It wasn’t to be as the board fell blanks.
“Did the PLO already start?” Maddah asked as he got up from his chair.
Lo and behold, Maddah was drawing live as the start of the PLO was still 10 minutes away.
