Tsinis was racing to stay in the game but missed the Kc5h4c flop. He began to stand from his seat but quickly settled back when the Qd came on the turn. The 3h river finished the board and our Event 5 champ doubled up.

Romeo Mendoza (left) and Duff Charette (right) sweat their hand

They were joking it up on Table 10, even Duff Charette who had his short stack on the line against Romeo Mendoza on his right.

Charette was in a lot of trouble with 9h9d against KsKd and found no love on the Qd3c2c6h5c run out to exit in 13th place.

“I had ace four!” James Calderaro joked. “I would have busted both of you!”

Romeo Mendoza – 660,000 (66 bb)
Duff Charette – Eliminated in 14th Place ($4,995)

Ryan Van Sanford fell short of his fourth WSOP Circuit ring

It must have been a good dinner break because the High Rollers came back with some action in their systems. In less than one level, eight players hit the payout desk to drop the field deep into two tables.

Some, if not all, are taking their money from the window and jumping straight into the $3,250 High Roller on the other side of the room.

15th: Brad Albrinck – $4,995
16th: Peter Vitantonio – $4,353
17th: Michael Wang – $4,353

Tsinis: AcKs
Thompson: KhKc

Thompson was in great shape for a bubble double but Tsinis paired his ace on the Ah9h5d flop. The 6d turn and 7s river finished the board and Thompson was eliminated on the bubble.

John McNulty

After Peter Vitantonio opened and Brad Albrinck raised from the button, John McNulty cold four-bet jammed for 59,500 from the big blind. Vitantonio reshipped to get a fold from Albrinck.

Vitantonio: AsKh
McNulty: AcQs

McNulty was in trouble with his out kicked ace and Vitantonio moved further ahead on the Kc6s4s flop. The board finished 8s turn and 6c river to send McNulty out near the money bubble.

Meanwhile, at another table, it looks like A.J. Kelsall has taken the lead in the tournament and having a good with 547,500 sitting out front.
