Michael Skrzynski is the current leader in the room and by a nice margin. He returned to a stack of 224,600 and way out front of the rest of the field.

Event 10 reached Level 8 and time is running out if you want to jump the big game to warm up for the Championship this weekend. The $50,000 was blasted away and it’s been more than tripled to a prize pool of over $150,000 at this point.
Some familiar faces in the game today include Ken O’Donnell, Wagner Wysotchanski, John Dolan, Victor Figueroa, Chris Perry, Tony March, Anthony Askey, and James Calderaro.

We are one day closer to the Tampa Poker Classic Championship and the games are growing. Today we have the $1,100 One-Day Challenge starting at 11 am with a $50,000 guarantee and a ton of talent.
Players start with 30,000 stacks and all levels last 30 minutes. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 3:30 pm. They will take a dinner break following Level 16 and return to play a tough final table to determine our winner.
Action gets underway at the top of the hour and we will pick up coverage near the end of registration.
