We kicked off the 2022 Pinktober Poker Open schedule with a $250 Ladies Meet-Up tournament and they had a great time while raising $500 for the American Cancer Society.
The tournament has 150 entries for a $10,000 prize pool and the last seven players at the final table made the money. Three players were remaining when they decided to divide up the rest of the prize pool, and Barbara Cardin took the top prize thanks to her chip lead.
In addition to the $3,149 she made for the win, Cardin also earned a $1,700 seat into the $400,000 guaranteed PPO Championship.

The first two flights of Pinktober Poker Open Event 1 drew exactly 250 entries with 26 players already advancing to Day 2. We have two more flights today with the first underway and the second at 6 pm.
Players start with 30,000 stacks and all Day 1 levels last 30 minutes, going up to 40 at the start of Day 2. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 2:30 pm. Flight C will continue into the early evening and come to an end when 10% of the field remains.
