$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em
Level 21: 6,000/12,000/2,000 Ante
Players Remaining: 31/495

Karl Manouchakian was in a heads-up post against an unknown player in late position. The board was Jd7h5s and Manouchakian was in the small blind. He checked sending it to the player in late position. He bet 31,000 and Manouchakian called.

Fourth street was the Ac. Manouchakian checked again. The late position player bet 56,000. Manouchakian called again.

The river revealed the 3h and both players checked.

“No pair,” the late position player said.

Manouchakian flipped over QsQh to take the pot and now sits toward the top of the chip counts.

Heading to Level 21: 6,000/12,000/2,000 Ante

Players are in the midst of a 15-minute break with the clock showing only 34 still in contention. They’ll take their seats in another few minutes to 12,000 big blind which puts the average stack at less than 25 big blinds.

It appears Joe Boccuzzi and David Albertson set the pace as the only two players over the 700,000 mark. Boccuzzi is top dog claiming 752,000 while Albertson sits just on his heels with 708,000.

Event 3: Manouchakian Hits Quads to Burst Bubble

$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em
Level 19: 4,000/8,000/1,000 Ante
Players Remaining: 45/495

It all started when Ryan Ketterer peeked down at aces, got it in versus an at-risk opponent’s kings and held. The elimination left just 46 players remaining with only the top 45 finishing in the money. From there, it took four rounds of hand-for-hand for Event 1 final tablist Karl Manouchakian to finish the job.

In a heads-up pot, the board laid Qs7c3h9d7h. Manouchakian was in the small blind and moved all in having his lone, early position opponent covered.

“I call,” the opponent said after some time in the tank.

“Quads,” Manouchakian calmly retorted flipping over 7s7d.

The opponent exposed 6c6d and hit the rail. With that, the remaining 45 players were in the money and one step closer to the tournament’s $37,657 top prize.
