On Day 2 of Event 1, Ryan Sponaugle was dead last in chips at the start of the day.  When they reached the money, he predicted a 4th place finish for himself.

Ryan went on to finish 6th, just two spots shy of his prediction.

At the same time, he also predicted a win in the main event.  He finished second in this event last December during the Winter Open, earning $72,240.  Ryan is sitting on an above average stack of 53k as they approach the dinner break.
