Brandon Wilkins (left) versus Victor Nissim (right)

We missed the preflop action but it ended up with Brandon Wilkins and Victor Nissim all in with similar stacks.

Nissim: ThTc
Wilkins: AdKd

It was a fair fight with Wilkins needing to improve to take the pot. The QsJs6s flop changed nothing but the 5s turn made it more interesting. Wilkins had five river outs for the win and nine spades in the deck for a chop.

He missed the 2d river and the dealer counted down the stacks. Both had exactly 735,000 and Wilkins was eliminated in 73rd place.

Victor Nissim – 1,520,000 (76 bb)
Brandon Wilkins – Eliminated in 73rd Place ($1,060)

Sandeep Kumar

Shortly after the first break, we noticed Lucas Tae standing up at his seat with no chips in front. It was a bit shocking since he was among the leaders but was now waiting for a payout ticket.

We didn’t see the hand but most of his chips seem to be now sitting in front of Sandeep Kumar, our new chip leader with a huge 2,730,000 in his stack.

Action folded to Aaron Speer in the cutoff and he moved all in for 53,000. Tahsin Kelekci called on the button and the blinds folded.

Kelekci: 8d5d

Speer was ahead for his double but needed to fade Kelekci’s live suited cards. The KhQdTh flop and 6s turn were safe for Speer but Kekekci paired his eight on the 8c river to send Speer out while he climbed over one million in his stack.
