Brandon Byars is in the midst of his second entry in the Winter Poker Open $570. His first came last night and he played all the way to the 10-minute hard stop. After nearly eight hours of action and with only two hands remaining in the night, he got his stack all-in with queens and was bested by his opponent’s kings. Despite the brutal beat ending his hopes at a bag, Byars returned today to give it another shot.

He had his stack up to over 100,000 yesterday, so he’s set the bar heading to today’s play . While he’s not quite to six figures, he sits at roughly 80,000.
