Event 3 on the SPS schedule is a great one for all bankrolls, a $250 buy-in multi-flight tournament with a huge $100,000 guarantee. The first flight put nearly $27K towards that number and the flights will continue to push us closer.

Players start with 25K in their stacks and all levels last 30 minutes. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 5:30 pm. Flight B will continue until 12.5% of the field remains and survivors will return on Wednesday at 1 pm for Day 2.

The new week is ready to go and we roll out the non-hold’em portion of our SPS schedule with Event 4 at 11 am. It is a $400 Limit Omaha 8 tournament with a talented group trying to scoop.

They’ll start with 20K stacks and all levels last 30 minutes. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 3:30 pm and they have a 30-minute dinner break scheduled at 7:45 pm.

After Marsha Wolak was eliminated in third place, having a great time the entire day, Kevin Carnevale and Mark Bibbey played a few hands before the two decided to divide up the remaining prize pool.

Carnevale had a huge chip lead, took $2K off top prize, and they called it a night.
