Event 4 was a twist on the current tournament setup; it was a $570 buy-in No Limit Hold’em tournament with a Freeze-Out format. One player, one buy-in, no re-entries should they go bust.

The tournament drew 57 entries for a $28,215 prize pool with a talented final table that included Event 1 Mega Stack winner Brandon Lamora, Ricardo Eyzaguirre, former SHR Tampa winner Peter Walsworth, and popular regular Tony March.

None of them held on the for the top prize as Jeffrey Kelly picked up his first career win after a three-way deal was reached. He earned $7,500 for the victory along with the Pinktober Poker Open guitar trophy.

Monday had one new tournament on the Pinktober Poker Open schedule and it turned out to be a big one. The Seniors Event is always a popular game and the 117 entries more than doubled the $10,000 guaranteed prize pool. In the end, Guy Ward took the title in a heads-up deal with Michael Kerr to win the title along with $5,593.

The Ladies Event was the sole new tournament on the Pinktober Poker Open schedule and the special game drew a great crowd on a Sunday afternoon. There were 65 entries to push the $10,000 guaranteed prize pool up to $13,000.

The last seven players will get paid out with a min-cash earning $650 and the Ladies Event champion will walk away with $4,290 along with the guitar trophy.
