If you remember earlier today, Duff Charette caught a bit of bad luck early running into Rob Manjura’s quads and paying off an all-in bet. By his own account he was felted down to just 9,000 chips — less than two big blinds. From there, he managed a number of double-ups including aces into jacks.
Now, about two-and-a-half hours later, he’s found his way into the money and miraculously sits on 190,000 chips with 48 players remaining.
