Main Event: Young Doubles through Mendes

Aaron Young was under the gun and raised to 50,000. It folded to Daiane Mednes in the cutoff and she moved all in having Young covered. The button and blinds folded. Young called off his last roughly 250,000 and the hands were tabled.

Maddah checked a third time. Griggs slid forward a stack of 25,000 chips that had Maddah covered. Maddah, who had 200,000 behind, studied his opponent. He called off and Griggs flipped over TsTc for an overpair. Maddah lost the pot and busted 24th for $2,883.
