Level 15:  2,000/4,000 with a 4,000 ante
Players Remaining:  125 of 779

The opening flights of the 2020 Winter Poker Open Main Event are complete with 125 of 779 making it through to Day 2. They all gather together today to begin playing down to our Main Event champion.

Jack Sumner bagged the biggest stack in Flight A and the lead held through the next two flights. Event 2 champ Ryan Hogan and Fernando Rodriguez round out the list of players over 500K but the deep stacks and slow structure mean everyone is still in contention.

Today’s plan is simple; continue playing 40-minute levels until only seven players remain. Once there, the final table will bag up their chips and return on Monday to play it out.

Cards go back in the air at noon and we will be here all day with them.

Top 10 returning stacks:

  1. Jack Sumner – 564,000
  2. Ryan Hogan – 537,000
  3. Fernando Rodriguez – 534,000
  4. Tom Nguyen – 450,000
