The opening event on the 2022 Tampa Poker Open schedule drew 1,334 entries for the $400 buy-in tournament, torching the $250K guarantee and putting up $446,890 in prize money.

The 136 returning players for Day 2 are in the money and action will zoom from the start of the day at 11 am.

Joey Zahn bagged the biggest stack in Flight E, the only player over one million, and he’s followed by Nathan Lee, Josh Babcock, Martin Rodriguez, and Richard Pressler rounding out the top five.
