Right before players left for the dinner break, someone at Table 22 caught a big hand and left us wondering who was the owner of that massive 1,885,000 stack. Turns out Lamont Townsend was the recipient of the big pot and leads the field.

Glyn Griffis is second with 1,605,000 followed by Yan Jiang (1,495,000) and Daniel Zappulla (1,295,000).

Tom Nguyen had a top-five stack at the first break but was recently found standing at the payout desk. It was a surprising sight and we went to his table to see Dylan Piano sitting behind a lot of chips, 600K alone in racks waiting for some color change, and stacked with a huge lead of 1,400,000 on the nose.

He doubled Nguyen earlier in the day and got his chips back plus some. Piano started with 327,000 and put more than a million on top.
