Players returned from dinner and immediately went into action with full bellies. Jeff Russell and Ken O’Donnell went out at the start of the new level to leave the field on the final table bubble.

On the fourth hand of the bubble, Jerry Silva opened to 17,000 and the player to his left in the cutoff moved all in. Tim Geier was in the small blind, asked for a count, and called after the dealer told him 85,000. Silva folded and the hands were tabled.

Geier was dominated before the flop and slammed the door when he flopped a set on the board. He made a boat on the turn and the river burst the bubble.

That left two seconds in Level 16. They played one more hand and tournament staff sent them on a 30-minute dinner break.

With eight minutes remaining before the dinner break, Event 7 reached 13 players to put the field on the money bubble with 12 getting paid.

Tournament staff paused the clock and they will take two minutes off for each hand dealt until one player is eliminated. If they dinner break gets here first, they will play through until the bubble bursts.

The logjam broke in a big way in Event 7 with 15 players now redrawing seats at the last two tables.

Ken O’Donnell got the field down to 16 when he eliminated a short stack but there was still a hand going down on Table 21. Over there, Mike Mosley was facing an all in shove for about 225,000 with the flop reading .

Mosley called with and he was good against top pair/king kicker when the board finished and . The hand moved him way up to 710,000 for the clear lead heading towards the money.

Action definitely slowed down with 18 players remaining and the bubble visible on the horizon. They will redraw seats when 16 players remain and work their way towards making some money.

Mike Mosley is making the most of having two big stacks to his right. Both Jerry Silva and MT Tawfik dipped a bit and Mosley moved his stack up to 422,000 for the late-day lead.

Former Winter Poker Open champ Ryan Hogan is also moving in the right direction and sits with 287,500.

As the field creeps slowly towards the last two tables and the money at 12 players remaining, players are getting moved to balance tables. That is why we now have the two biggest stacks sitting next to each other.

Jerry Silva continues to lead with 381,000 and now has second place MT Tawfik to his left with 345,500.

The third break is complete, the black chips are gone for good, and we have three big stacks at different tables.

Jerry Silva leads the way with 302,500 and the only player over 300K. MT Tawfik has the second biggest stack with 294,000 followed by Juan Carlos Ramirez with 255,000.

Ramirez is coming off a great run during our September Super Stacks series where he finished fifth out of 609 in Event 1 and fourth out of 271 in Event 3.

The backlog broke a bit over Level 11 and Event 7 quickly dropped down to four tables plus a few extra knockouts. They still have some time until blind levels go up to 40 minutes so we might see them continue to cruise down.

Jeff Morzella and Karl Manouchakian were among the recent eliminations but Wally Maddah is still sticking around after quadrupling up with a four-card flush.
