Zekri Qovanaj unbags his Day 2 lead

The clock hit noon and cards went back in the air for WPO Event 3. There were 101 players at the restart with everyone guaranteed at least $910.

There was a bit of bad luck for Luis Centeno at the start of the day. He made it into the money and today’s restart with only 3,000 in his bag. When they drew for the button to start Day 2, he found himself in the big blind. Centino collected a ticket for 100th place but that is better than 900 others.
