Event 14: Turbo Final Table

While almost all eyes are on the Championship playing down towards its final table and winner, Event 14 quickly hit its own final table. The last tournament on the 2015 Winter Poker Open has ten players remaining with Event 4 winner Eric Wert leading the way.

Event 14: Prize Pool Finalized

Event 14 was the third of three turbos on the Winter Poker Open schedule and also happened to be the largest. The 210-entry field generated a prize pool of $25,200, mashing the $15,000 guarantee and paying the top 27. A min-cash earns $227 while the tournament’s winner pockets $7,054.

Event 14: Shuffle Up and Deal

The last of the Winter Poker Open primary events is underway at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa. The $150 deep stack turbo no limit hold’em tournament is the third of its kind on the series schedule. The other two drew fields of just under and just over 200 players and finished in about seven hours a piece.

Players take their seats to starting stacks of 25,000 and will play 15-minute levels. Registration/re-entry remains open until the start of start of Level 13 and players have until then to help the tournament best its $15,000 guarantee.
