$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry) End of Level 14: 1,500/3,000/400 Ante
Anthony Dianati, what bagging up looks like with all the chips
Anthony Dianati was on a pace to take the overall chip lead then he really went on a heater. Only two hands, but he picked up another 200,000 in just a few moments when he knocked one players out with Jacks over Fives then cracked Kings with Queens.
It looked like Peter Kosakowski was going to be tough to catch but Dianati did more than that. He bagged up a very impressive 621,000 at the end of the day, nearly five times the average stack.
Other players finishing well were Kevin Burton (256,500), John Templeton (214,500), and Antuan Bunkley (210,000).
We’ll return with the official counts, Day 2 seat draw, and payout information when available.
$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry) Level 14: 1,500/3,000/400 Ante
Just one more level remains between the opening the flights of Event 1 and the joining of everyone for Day 2. They’ll play out to the end of Level 14 and those players with chips will bag them for tomorrow at noon.
We just dropped down to three tables left in 1F and we expect a few more to exit before we’re done.
$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry) Level 13: 1,200/2,400/300 Ante
Tim Harrell (Wimauma, FL)
The top spots haven’t moved much throughout the entire flight with Anthony Dianati and Kevin Butler sitting one/two at the top. Butler is looking good with 227,000 but Dianati is pulling away from everyone with 323,000 at the final break.
“I think I’ve only lost four hands all day,” he commented. “I’ve been lucky”.
Adamastor “AJ” Santos sits in third position with 129,300 but Tim Harrell is a new name in our big stacks. He’s moved up during the day and has a comfortable 126,000 to work over the last two levels.
$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry) Level 12: 1,000/2,000/300 Ante
It’s that time, one last break for the final flight as they close in on three tables remaining. We’re on pace to drop close to 20 players at the end of the day and we’ll be in money early on Day 2.
We’ll take one last look at the leaders before they start the process off bagging up in a little over an hour.
$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry) Level 12: 1,000/2,000/300 Ante
Flight 1F is into its last level before one final break and the field is still shrinking quickly.
Anthony Dianati continues to build on his lead and might contend for the overall lead when we close down the day. Peter Kosakowski bagged up 441,000 on the very first flight and only Jeremy Costa has come close to catching him, finishing more than 100K behind.
$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry) Level 9: 500/1,000/100 Ante
Adamastor “AJ” Santos (Oxford, FL)
The final flight is under 60 players remaining and shrinking at a quick pace. We expect to get somewhere around three tables left if the field when we close down for the evening.
Adamastor “AJ” Santos is one of those taking advantage of the fast action. He didn’t show up on the radar during the first two breaks but the local favorite has quietly moved his stack up to 140,000 with a few levels remaining.
