Last Saturday night, the Hard Rock Cafe was rocked by the comedy of Damon Wayans and his son Damon Wayans, Jr.

The pair of comedians sold out two shows and had their audiences in stitches with stories of dating, their family lives, and careers.

Bad Beat on Cash Table

Losing never felt this good, as the $10,000 Omaha Bad Beat Jackpot hits in the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Poker Room.

The $3/$6 Omaha players wish to remain anonymous, but we can tell you that a straight flush beat quad Jacks to give the loser of the hand $5,000.

The board shows with the winner holding for a Queen-high straight flush. The loser of the hand, but the winner of the jackpot turns over for quads.

The winner of the hand takes the pot,  30% of the jackpot for $3,000 and earns the $250 high hand for the half hour.

After paying out the remaining $2,000 table share, the Omaha jackpot is reset to $2,500.

Poker Room Promotions

The addition of the High Hand promotion, cash game players are reaping even more than the usual benefits of playing in the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Poker Room.

Every half hour there’s a new high hand winner, up to $500 for the best hand in each 30 minute period. And if you hit a Royal Flush, that’s an extra $500, for potentially $1,000.

The high hand giveaway runs 9am-9pm everyday until December 23. You can see all the details here as the poker room is committed to giving away up to $144,000 for the 12 day promotion.

The high hand and royal payouts are on top of the jackpots that are up for grabs any hour of the day.

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa High Hand Promotion

The high hand promotion for cash games has been paying a lot of money this afternoon.

Drew Grimes (Bensalem, PA) is the latest $500 winner for his quad Aces with a Queen kicker.

“I need it,” says Grimes who’s in the Tampa area after losing a few dollars on a recent cruise.

Earlier today we saw one person pick up a $1,000 for a Royal Flush. $500 for the high hand and $500 for the Royal.

The high hand giveaway is every half hour until 9 pm tonight. The promotion continues everyday until December 23. You’ll find more details here.

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa High Hand Promotion

While the tournament action continues, the cash game High Hand Promotion is in full effect.

Winners receive $500 for designated cash games* every half hour. The promotion runs daily 9am to 8:59 pm and continues until December 23rd.

A potential of $144,000 is up for grabs over the 12 day promotion.

As of 11:30 am there are 14 cash games running.  You can see the live game report by logging in to Bravo Poker Live as games are updated in real time.

High Limit Slots Room Officially Opens 8 pm Tonight

High Limit Slots Room Officially Opens 8 pm Tonight

In just a few hours the new High Limit Slots Room will be unveiled at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa.

The luxurious room is tripled in size from the previous version covering nearly 14,000 square feet and more than 200 slot machines.

The room features ultra plush seating, private salons and machines with single bets up to $2,000.  Guests will have a secure, private entrance and be offered butler-style personalized service.

The spacious room has an amazing decor and includes a customized crystal chandelier.

The room opens with a private party at 6 pm tonight before opening to the public at 8 pm.
