Karl Manouchakian, PPO Event 2 Champ

Pinktober Poker Open Event 2 was a one-day $600 buy-in Deep Stack tournament, perfect for a Sunday in the Poker Room. The game drew 106 entries and Tampa legend Karl Manouchakian added to his growing list of accomplishments after taking the title in a heads-up deal with Jerry Silva.

Manouchakian already owns the top spot for most cashes in our tournaments, now extending it to 107 all-time. This is his second major title, joining a 2016 WPTDeepStack trophy, but he has more wins in the room than we can count.

On top of that mark, this cash puts Manouchakian less than $10K away from hitting $1,000,000 earned all-time in his career. That’s a big number.

If you fell short in PPO Event 1 or just looking for a one-day trophy event, we have the game for you starting at noon. Event 2 is a $600 buy-in Deep Stack tournament with a $30,000 guaranteed prize pool that will award a trophy later this evening.

Players start with 30K deep stacks and all levels last 30 minutes. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 4:30 pm. They will take a 30-minute dinner break around 8:45 pm and return to find our Event 2 champ.
