Paul Snead opened to 225,000 from the cutoff and Alexander Orlov moved all in for 950,000 from the button. The blinds folded, Snead asked for a count and called.

Justin Zaki open-shoved for 950,000 from the hijack and Dante Cianfarra reshipped for 1,350,000 from the cutoff. The button and blinds folded and the cards were tabled.

It was a race and Zaki took the lead on the Js9s8s flop. The 8h turn and Ah river finished the board and Zaki doubled with aces up.

Cianfarra was down to only 400,000 and put those in the middle on the next hand. Paul Snead called from the small blind to put Cianfarra at risk.

With right around 1,000,000 in the pot and the board reading Qh8d6sTsQs, Bryce McVay bet 550,000 from the big blind. Dante Cianfarra thought for a few minutes and called to finish the massive pot.

McVay tabled 9d7h for a turned ten-high straight, Ciafarra mucked his hand, and the former leader dropped under 15 big blinds.
