We normally expect to see a surge later in the afternoon but we have a very nice 65 entries in the game before the end of Level 1. That’s a healthy push towards the $500,000 guarantee with many more expected.

The clock hit 11 am and cards went in the air for Flight A of the Tampa Poker Classic Championship. We have 48 entries at the start and we expect many more with late registration available until 6:30 pm.

After more than a week of openers, it’s time to roll out the headliner with the 2022 Tampa Poker Classic Championship. The $2,500 buy-in tournament has a $500,000 guarantee with two starting flights. Cards go in the air for Flight A at 11 am with Flight B running tomorrow at the same time.
Players will sit down to 40,000 starting stacks and all Day 1 levels last 40 minutes. They will increase to 60 minutes on Day 2 and remain that way until we have two players remaining. Late registration is available until the start of Level 10 at 6:30 pm following the dinner break and players may re-enter as often as needed.
Day 1 will come to an end after Level 14 and all survivors will return on Sunday at noon for Day 2.

We are almost there, the 2022 Tampa Poker Classic Championship kicks off tomorrow morning at 11 am and we anticipate a huge crowd throughout the weekend with plenty of skill on display.
The tournament has a $2,500 buy-in and features a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool. They’ll get 40,000 stacks out front and 40-minute levels on Day 1 and 60-minute levels from the start of Day 2 until the tournament gets heads-up.
Flight A gets runs tomorrow with the last flight on Saturday. Late registration for both flights will remain open until the start of Level 10 at 6:30 pm following their hour-long dinner break.
