Mark Glazewski, Seniors 60+ Champion

The Pinktober Poker Open series closed out with two last tournaments including a great turnout for the $250 Seniors 60+.  It drew 85 players and Mark Glazewski dominated the entire day to take the title.

Glazewski held the chip lead early in the day, continued to build throughout, and never surrendered his stack. He cruised to the final table and took the title after a heads up deal with David Bander saw him earn $5,320.

Event 9: Dinner Break

$250 Seniors 60+ NLH (Re-Entry)
$10,000 Guaranteed | Structure | Payouts
Level 16:  3,000/6,000 with a 6,000 ante
Players Remaining:  12 of 85

The Seniors 60+ really pumped the breaks once they reached the last two tables. There was little action and we still have 12 players remaining as they get ready to head off for their 30-minute dinner break.

Mark Glazewski is still way way out in front as the other 11 try to catch him.

Can he carry it through for a title? We will let you know when we post the full list of results later this evening.

Event 9: Two-Table Redraw

$250 Seniors 60+ NLH (Re-Entry)
$10,000 Guaranteed | Structure | Payouts
Level 14:  2,000/4,000 with a 4,000 ante
Players Remaining:  16 of 85

It took them a little while to drop two players but the Seniors 60+ is officially down to their last two tables. Tournament staff paused the clock and the 16 remaining players redrew new seats.

Nine of these players will make some money while five of them will have to wait for the next one.

Event 9: Mark Glazewski Continues to Lead

$250 Seniors 60+ NLH (Re-Entry)
$10,000 Guaranteed | Structure
Level 13:  1,500/3,000 with a 3,000 ante
Players Remaining:  18 of 85

Mark Glazewski

Seniors were sent on another break after Level 12 as tournament staff colored off the black chips and they are only two KOs away from a two-table redraw.

Mark Glazewski continued to lead the field and built his stack up to 340,500 for the big stack in the room.

Event 9: Dan Wilson Goes for Two

$250 Seniors 60+ NLH (Re-Entry)
$10,000 Guaranteed | Structure
Level 11:  1,000/2,000 with a 2,000 ante
Players Remaining:  29 of 85

Dan Wilson

The Seniors 60+ field is moving right along at a nice clip, they are wasting no time getting it in. There are 29 players remaining at four tables and not far from the last three.

Dan Wilson is still in the field and trying to go two-for-two in our Seniors Event. He captured the Seniors 50+ title last week and another would do just nicely.

Event 9: Greg Osborn Doubles Through Tony March

$250 Seniors 60+ NLH (Re-Entry)
$10,000 Guaranteed | Structure
Level 7:  400/800 with a 800 ante

Greg Osborn

Big hands happen even when it’s not late in the game. We caught the end of a hand at Table 20 with a lot of chips in the middle. Greg Osborn was all in at risk for 33,200 (better than starting stack) against Tony March.

Osborn got his chips in good, finding action with his AcAs against JdJh. March still had a two-out dream after the 8c8d4h flop but Osborn made a boat on the Ad turn to slam the door. He is up to 68,400 and March dropped below starting stack.
