James Calderaro’s friends on the rail are wearing custom-made t-shirts with Calderaro on them.

James Calderaro got it all in from the button for 3,365,000 with Ah9h, and he needed to improve to stay alive against the 10s10d of Isaac Kempton in the cutoff.

The board came AcJd5c8sJh, and Calderaro paired his ace on the flop to win the pot and double up in chips.

After the hand, Calderaro said that nobody wanted him to leave the table because he was too fun.

“Seriously,” said Calderaro. “Is there anybody here who wasn’t rooting for an ace?”

Nobody said anything for a few moments, and then Kempton slowly raised his hand and said, “I was rooting for a ten.”

In the last hand of Level 32, with blinds at 80,000-160,000 with a 160,000 ante, Rob Manjura raised from the button to 350,000, and James Calderaro moved all in from the big blind for 3,775,000.

Manjura asked for an exact count, and Calderaro said, “I may not want a call now.”

Manjura continued to think, but he and Calderaro continued chatting. Manjura asked something about Calderaro’s hand.

“I have a hand,” said Calderaro.” “But now I’m kind of nervous about it.”

Majura thought a bit more, and Calderaro asked, “Want to see my hand? I’ll let you look at one card.”

Calderaro slid his cards toward Majura, but everyone involved knew that wouldn’t be allowed, and Calderaro is just having fun and playing it serious.

Eventually, Calderaro said, “Either way, I’ll show you.”

Shortly after that, Manjura folded, and Calderaro showed As9d. Manjura said he folded pocket eights, and it would have been a race situation.

Both players checked to the turn on a board of 9h5s2d8s, Patsourakis checked, Calderaro bet 350,000, and Patsourakis called.

The river card was the 7s, Patsourakis checked, Calderaro bet 500,000, and Patsourakis stopped to think for a while.

Patsourakis said that he would be raising or folding, and Calderaro said they were both bad options. “A call might be bad for you too.”

After some more thought, Patsourakis called with 6d4d for a rivered nine-high straight, but Calderaro turned over QsJs to win the pot with a rivered spade flush.
