Hammons: AcQd

Pasquarella was way ahead and the board ran 9d9s5s8s3c to send him the pot. After counting down the stacks, Hammon was left with only 25,000 and in the big blind the next hand. It was a near family pot and Hammons was eliminated despite picking up pocket sevens.

King: AsKh
Khan: Ah4d

Khan was dominated, caught a gut-shot wheel draw on the Td3s2d board, but couldn’t finish it on the Jh turn or 8d river to exit the final table.

Mitchell King – 2,200,000 (147 bb)
Allauddin Khan – Eliminated in 10th Place ($2,906)

In less than a level, Event 7 went from the last two tables to the final table bubble. Eights players out in a snap including Karl Manouchakian and starting Day 2 leader Scott Swatcheno.

Manouchakian went out in exceptionally brutal fashion, getting his chips in good with AcAd against Allauddin Khan’s AsKc then watched the board run out Kd7d6sKs5s to give Khan trip kings.
