Chris Tryba’s chip-leading stack at first break

Tampa first-timer Chris Tryba is receiving a warm welcome to the Seminole Hard Rock felt. This marks his maiden voyage to the property and he’s been quite complimentary of the space since getting on site for kickoff. His nice demeanor has paid off as he found a way to turn his 30,000 starting into nearly 90,000 good for a triple up through the first few levels of play.

The day’s first break just wrapped and Tryba is among a growing field of notables that includes Herbert Woodberry, Justin Zaki, Bryce McVay, Peter Vitantonio, Ryan Van Sanford and others.

Main Event Day 1A: One Out for Mark Radcliff

 | Structure
Level 15: 2,000/3,000 with a 3,000 ante
Day 1A Players Remaining: 12 of 74

Former chip leader Mark Radcliff found himself down to 80,500 after losing to a two outer and put his chips in the middle after a pre-flop raising battle.

He was in trouble with 4h4d against KsKc, saw a four in the window but it was followed by a king on the KdJh4c flop. Radcliff was already out of his chair before the flop but the table had a mini-explosion when the case four came on the 4s turn.

That was good enough to put him back up to 161,800 and good shape to bag with only a few minutes remaining in the day.
