The board was dealt through the turn — Qc8d2hTc. Mike Badala was out of position and all-in for 131,000 against defending champion Anthony Astarita. Astarita went into the tank for a few minutes before he called.

Badala quickly tabled KcQs for top pair. Astarita let out a sigh as he showed 9x8x for a pair of eights with a gutshot draw. The river fell the Kh and Badala doubled through the defending champ.
