Before the blinds went up:

The lady in seat 2 opened and got a call from the guy on her left, then Ron Puleo shoved from the small blind.  The lady called all-in for less and the guy folded.

Ron had pocket Queens and was ahead of her KQ offsuit.  The board ran out 8 7 2 9 J and changed nothing.  The lady was busted and Ron stacked up to about 27k.

Ron was the runner-up in event 1 of this series, the $560 NLH event with $100,000 Guarantee, earning $20,443.
