The second flight of Tampa Poker Classic Event 1 starts at 6 pm and looks to build on the nice start from this morning’s opening session. We had 74 entries in Flight A, an easy pace to crush the $150,000 guarantee.

Players start with 30K in their stacks and the first 19 levels last 30 minutes before increasing to 40. Late registration is availabe until the start of Level 9 at 10:30 pm and they may re-enter as often as they wish during that time.

Action will continue until 12.5% of the field remains and survivors bag up their chips for Day 2 on Sunday at 11 am.

Level 12 is rolling through its paces, and the third break will hit when it ends. With only 13 players remaining and 10 advancing to Day 2, it would be a weird situation that saw them still playing after another two hours of action.
