The Limit Omaha 8 tournament on the Pinktober Poker Open schedule had a nice turnout with 53 entries playing some split-pot hands. The tournament quickly played down to the final table where Jean Laurent took over and took the top spot after a four-way deal.

The tournament more than doubled its $3,000 guarantee and put $6,360 in the prize pool. The last six spots paid so they still had some work to get done after making the final table.

Christopher Labrie and David Tillberg were sent out after the bubble burst and the last four quickly reached a deal to split the remaining prize money. Laurent held a big lead and took $2,000 in the deal while Donnie McBrayer, Frank Kovarick, and Jordan Joeckel each earned $1,192.
