We heard lots of groans and shots coming from one of the front tables. We found Skip Farrell (pictured) scooping a pot and doubling up on a board of 7-3-2-Q-3 with K-Q-3-3, good for quad threes.
Farrell got all in on the turn against his opponent who showed Q-Q-J-6.
“He hit a one outer after having a bigger set blocked and getting all in on the turn,” said one of Farrell’s tablemates.
Farrell doubled up to 13,000 in chips.
