$1,500 + $100 + $50 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event (Re-Entry)
Level 2: Blinds 75/150
One of the tougher tables features some series stalwarts along with a fresh face to Tampa this week in Allen Kessler.
Kessler’s a WPT veteran with nearly $2.8 million in career tournament earnings. He’s seated next to Robert Manjua-Boody and Scott Strickland, who both earned parts of chops earlier this series.
Robert Manjua-Boody was part of yesterday’s Turbo 4-way deal (Event 8), while Strickland was part of the 10-way final table chop in the $165 entry (Event 6).
Also at the table is John Pizano who final tabled last month’s Rock ‘N Roll Poker Open at Hollywood (7th place – $24,000) and Ayed Shweihat who made Day 2 of Event 6, but missed the money.
More than 50 players, and counting, are in this opening flight.
