The Ladies Event played quickly down to the bubble but they were in no hurry to knock someone out. There was laughter, jokes, and even a few shots in the 45 minutes it took to play it out. That didn’t stop the blinds from climbing though.

Sarah McLean eventually had to take a shot with her short stack and moved all-in for her last 19,000 holding . Susan MacPherson looked her up with and McLean couldn’t hit her overcard on the board. The hand sent her out in 6th place and put the rest of the players in the money.
