We have six flights done for the SPS opening event and one more to go starting at 11 am. And it will be a big one.

The $400 buy-in tournament already crushed its $250,000 and the prize pool sits at $385,440 before action even starts today. We’ll likely have a $500K prize pool before the day is done.

Players start with 30K in their stacks and the first 19 levels last 30 minutes before going up to 40. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 3:30 pm.

The flight will continue until 12.5% of the field remains and players with chips at that time will bag them up for a Day 2 return tomorrow at 11 am in the money.
