We are only starting the Winter Poker Open but some players are already in mid-series form after some deep runs in South Florida.

The Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open just wrapped in Hollywood and Clyde Maliauka and Igor Tretyakov both had some nice scores. Maliauka finished second to former WPT Hollywood champ Milen Stefanov in the $1,100 Deep Stack NLH tournament and Tretyahov finished 78th out of 1,541 in the WPT RRPO Championship.

Now they are back in Tampa trying to keep it up.
