Shawn Cunix leads the Day 2 return

The opening event of the 2026 Signature Poker Series is a $500 No-Limit Hold’em tournament that drew 1,181 entries over seven starting flights to nearly double the $250,000 guarantee.

We had 151 players bag chips for their Day 2 return but only 150 will take their seat. Andreas Prinsen took advantage of the best-stack-forward option and will play his biggest bag after receiving a min-cash for the smaller stack.

We have a pair of Shawns at the top of the counts coming back; Shawn Cunix went huge in Flight E and has the chip lead and Shawn Barnett is second after running hot in the last flight.

They will play the last 4:21 of Level 14 before blinds go up. They will run for 30 minutes each until going up to 40 in Level 20.

Top ten returning stacks:

  1. Shawn Cunix – 978,000 (196 bb)
  2. Shawn Barnett – 634,000 (127 bb)
