Two starting flights of the 2022 WPT Tampa Championship drew 1,165 entries, the exact same as the record-breaking field in 2021, and we have 414 players coming back for Day 2 at noon.
Marcus Stein leads the return with a lot of talent trying to catch him including reigning WPT Player of the Year Jake Ferro, two-time WSOP bracelet winner Loni Hui, and MMA star Colby Covington all coming back with big stacks.
They are scheduled to play eight, 60-minute levels today and the money bubble will hit late in the day with 146 getting paid.
