Bob Gallo isn’t a past champion of this event, per se. However, he did win the exact same tournament June 2017’s WPTDeepStacks event. Back then, Gallo took it all the way to heads-up play before finding an even chop with Collin Wilson. The pair each took better than $29,000, but as chip leader it was Gallo that got the guitar trophy.

Gallo cashed in yesterday’s $570, too, finishing 18th for $4,366. Having made his way through better than 95% of the field, Gallo is back in action here in Flight A of the $350 and looks for another deep run.
