Chris Tryba

We’re getting a nice turnout for the $400 Limit Omaha 8 tournament in the front area of the Event Center. They have 63 entries in the game before the first break and there should be a few more with registration open until 3:30 pm.

Chris Tryba made his way to the Tampa area for the series and jumped right in. The last time we saw the WSOP bracelet winner cash a tournament, it was in Hollywood when he won the $400 Omaha 8/Stud 8 Poker Showdown tournament. A nice split pot heater coming in.

Nicole Diaz

Players continue to join the Flight B field and they are not far from putting another 300 in the game. The tournament is already more than a third of the way towards the $1,000,000 guarantee with a ton of time to build it.

We found Marsha Wolak and Nicole Diaz in early action. Diaz start her series off well with a nice run in Event 2 and made the turbo final table. Marsha Wolak is a recent Tampa transfer and sporting some good luck charms; the bracelet on her wrist from her 2011 WSOP Ladies Championship win and a WSOP Circuit ring around her neck.
