Action folded to Filipp Khavin in the cutoff and he moved all in for 100,000 even. Andrew Whitaker reshipped from the small blind with a similar stack to get a fold from Alec Bradlow in the big.

Khavin: AcKc
Whitaker: AhQs

Khavin was in great shape and dodged the Jc9s2s flop. Whitaker picked up a spade draw on the 3s turn but blanked the 5h river to exit in ninth place.

Structure | Payouts
Level 16:  2,500/5,000 with a 5,000 ante
Players Remaining:  9 of 70

With the very deep stacks, it was no surprise there was little major activity outside of short-stacked Derek Worley doubling to not be a short stack.

Level 16 came to an end and tournament staff sent the nine remaining players on a 40-minute dinner break.

RJ Sullivan

Less than five minutes after returning from break, Event 5 was on the bubble. And through it in a blink.

Before they could go into hand-for-hand mode, RJ Sullivan eliminated Jeffrey Russell to put the field in the money with barely a blink.

That leaves them two knockouts away from the final table for a quick trip to a trophy.

1st: $21,340 + Guitar Trophy
2nd: $13,189
3rd: $8,738
4th: $6,033
5th: $4,350

Players Remaining:  13 of 70

Justin Harrell’s stack awaiting his return

Event 5 broke down to two tables with 16 players remaining and only ten minutes until the next break. It lost three more players to leave them two away from the money coming back to Level 13 and Justin Harrell is up top with 412,000.

Event 5: Quick to Two Tables

$1,100 No Limit Hold’em/Pot Limit Omaha (Re-Entry)
Structure | Payouts
Level 12:  1,000/2,000 with a 2,000 ante
Players Remaining:  16 of 70

Just like that, Event 5 is down to two tables and not that far from the money with 11 getting paid. There are a lot of big cash games going, including a fun $30/$60 Mixed Game drawing attention, and that has the NLH/PLO tournament flying.

Event 5: Justin Harrell and Cody Hernandez Leads with Four Tables Remaining

Structure | Payouts
Level 11:  1,000/1,500 with a 1,500 ante

Justin Harrell

Event 5 is quickly down to the last four tables despite the deep stacks. The average is 72,500 for 48 big blinds but they are still hitting the rail at a regular pace.

Two big stacks have emerged late; Justin Harrel leads the way with 231,500 but Cody Hernandez is not far behind with 224,000.
