End of Level 12: Blinds 800/1,600/200 ante

Level 12: Blinds 800/1,600/200 ante

Level 8: Blinds 300/600/75 ante

Martin Welch
Martin Welch

Before the blinds went up, Martin Welch pulled off a bluff at tough table.

After an early position player limped, and another limped from the hijack, Tony March (cutoff) and Darryll Fish (button) also limped.

Martin was in the small blind and tossed in two gray chips (10k) making it 10,250 to go.  Michael Laake surrendered his big blind and then one by one, the others tossed their cards in the muck.

As the dealer was pushing the pot to Martin, he showed his 5h3d.  Martin’s up to about 58k.

Martin won the Seniors event here last December in a five-way chop for $3,905 and a seat in the Championship.
