With our 92nd entrant in this evenings flight, the prize pool officially climbed over $300,000 for Event 7 and players continue to push it up.

With the final flight moving right along, here’s a look at those who have advanced through to the restart tomorrow at noon. The first five flights drew 508 entrants with 108 of them moving forward.

Players are back in their seats and it’s Tom Vilaihong leading the way, while deftly dodging efforts to capture his image. He is leading by far with 96,100 and no one else over 80,000.

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa ambassador Wally Maddah has a success four first levels and nearly doubled his starting stack. He came back to 48,000 out front and trying to bag after several failed attempts.

Players are off on their first break of Flight F with 92 players in the game. This will be our find those who had a nice run in the first four levels.

Anthony Pellegrini is another player in today’s field looking for more success this series. He played in Event 5 with a tournament full of PLO wizards and outlasted most of them. Pellegrini was part of a three-way chop in the PLO event that had him take top honors as the chip leader and he already has a seat in the $1,650 Winter Poker Open Championship.

We’re inching towards 90 entrants at the midpoint of Level 4 with nearly three hours of late registration available. We’re also very close to hitting a $300,000 prize pool.

The entrant count is slowly climbing and we’ve reached 70 for the final flight so far. We’re some players back in the game after firing multiple bullets earlier and a few players having a good series.

Brandon Byars took a few days away from the table and is back with us today. Byars had a nice run last week when he final tabled back-to-back tournaments, picking up an 8th place finish in the Deep Stack Turbo and a runner-up result in the multi-day Event 4.

The fifth of six starting flights began today at 11 a.m. ET with 127 players and played down to just 31 remaining following 14 levels. Femi Fakashin, who lead the tournament during much of the late stages of play, retained his lead and heads home as the biggest stack.

Todd Altinbas, a regular at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, has been eliminated from Flight E. Altinbas’poker resume boasts two Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open victories and a WSOP final table.

His demise in Tampa came after he moved all in preflop  with . His opponents had and . With some side action left to be decided, the board ended up running out . Altinbas was eliminated shy of a Day 2 berth.

Those players still alive are in the bagging process and their complete chip counts will be posted shortly.

Beginning of Level 14: 1,500/3,000/400 Ante

Level 14 is here and it marks the last level of the night before play concludes in Flight E of Event 7. The clock shows 40 players left with chip leader Femi Fakashin, Troy Stromer, Doug Decker and Steven Bennett among them.

Complete chip counts will be posted following the flight’s conclusion.

If you haven’t bagged up chips in Event 7 over the first five flights, now is the time to hit the poker room for the last flight of the $200,000 guaranteed tournament.

That guarantee was met early this afternoon and now entrants are just piling money on top, we should send it over $300,000 at some point this evening.

Less than 100 players have advanced to Day 2 from the first four flight and we’ll see how many make it through today.

Players sit down to 25,000 stacks and 30-minute levels throughout Day 1. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 10:30pm and we’ll know the final tally when the registration desk closes.

They will continue through the evening and everyone with chips will bag them up at the end of Level 14.
