While the big TPC Event 1 restart was playing down on one of side of the Poker Room, we had a huge one-day trophy event playing on the other. Event 4 drew 194 entries and Tampa favorite Jerry Silva beat a tough final table for the outright win for $15,080.

The $400 Deep Stack cruised past its $20,000 guarantee and more than tripled it into a prize pool worth $64,990. The last 25 players made the money and formed a talented final table late in the day.

Silva needed to get through tough spots at the table including Mansoor Kader, Shane Melert, Ashley Spring, Denis Cyr, James Meyer, Donald Linsky, and former WPT DeepStacks champ Anthony Astarita before he defeated Kevin Ragusa heads-up for the title.

Registration closed for the Sunday $400 Deep Stack tournament and Event 4 drew 194 entries to more than double the $20,000 guarantee. They created a prize pool worth $64,990 with the last 25 spots getting paid. A min-cash is worth $750 and the champ will earn $15,080 plus the TPC trophy.

If you didn’t make Day 2 of the big TPC opener or you fell short of the title, we have a nice one-day tournament for you at the top of the hour. Event 4 is a $400 Deep Stack with a $20,000 guaranteed prize pool that will award a trophy later this evening.

Players start with 30K deep stacks and all levels last 30 minutes. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 6:30 pm. Play will continue to the final table and eventual Event 4 champ.
