The first non-hold’em tournament on the Pinktober Poker Open schedule was a $400 Omaha 8/Stud 8 tournament with a fantastic turnout of 57 entries. Chip Phan took the top spot for $3,789 thanks to his chip lead when the last four players made a deal.

Registration closed for the PPO $400 Omaha 8/Stud 8 tournament with 57 entries, a great turnout for the mix game. The created a prize pool worth $18,425 and the last seven spots will be paid. A min-cash is worth $830 and the PPO Event 4 winner will take home $6,275 plus the PPO trophy.

Level 1:  300/600 Limits

The first Monday of the PPO series presents the first non-hold’em tournament on the schedule. Event 4 is a $400 Omaha 8/Stud 8 tournament that will mix things up and be a ton of fun.

Players start with 30K in their stacks and all levels last 30 minutes for the one-day trophy event. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 4:30 pm.  They will take a 30-minute dinner break at 6:30 pm and return to find our Event 4 champ.

11AM: Event 3 Flight A – $400 Deep Stack NLH (Re-Entry)

• $50,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool
• Players begin with 30,000 in chips
• Levels 1-16 last 30 minutes; Levels 17+ last 40 minutes
• Late registration/re-entry available until start of Level 9 (3:30pm)
• Day 1 will end when 12.5% of field remains
